Timeframe
- November l, 2015-January 31, 2016
How To earn a Sticker
1 Sticker:
- Perfect Attendance: student must attend each scheduled session, per week, without rescheduling
- Homework completion: student must complete all homework for one week (limit one sticker per week)
- Key& Note: student must complete all assigned exercises during class or at home
- Attitude: student demonstrates consistent great behavior in class and a positive attitude
2 Sticker:
- Testing Proficiency: student must score 80% or higher on any level, achievement, or comprehensive test
3 Sticker:
- Perfect Attendance for Play Math: student must attend each scheduled session, per week, without rescheduling
4 Sticker:
- Referral - student recommends friends to Eye Level Program (referral must register for the program)
