Eye Level continually reaches out to the world in discovering new breeds of writers and literary talents with the annual Eye Level Literary Award (as known as the Noonnoppi Children’s Literature Award). Now on its 23rd year, Eye Level shifts its participants for the global category to welcome all youngsters around the world to take part in the event. Eye Level members and non-members are all invited to showcase their writing skills and take a step forward towards their dreams.

The contest is held every summer and the global winners are invited to Korea to attend the Awards Ceremony and travel around Seoul.
